La representación de los héroes patrios y del nacionalismo a través del cine mexicano

Resumen

La historia de México se caracteriza por contar con numerosos personajes clave sobre los que se construye la narrativa histórica que es difundida en las instituciones educativas. El cine ha llegado a rescatar la historia de estos personajes para que ésta se convierta en el hilo narrativo de las respectivas películas. En México, existen numerosas cintas que buscan sembrar en su audiencia un cúmulo de datos, información y un sentimiento nacionalista. En este artículo se abordarán los sentimientos nacionalistas y la imagen de los héroes patrios que buscan ser comunicados a su público objetivo a través del análisis de varios filmes que cuentan con estas características mencionadas con anterioridad, llegando a ser, incluso, utilizadas como recursos didácticos. The representation of patriotic heroes and nationalism in mexican cinema in the vespers of the bicentenary of the independence Mexico’s history is distinguished for having several key-characters on which a historical narration is built. The cinema has been able to rescue the story of these characters so that it will become the plot of the respective films. In Mexico, during the vespers of the bicentenary of the independence, various films were produced; they presented new conceptions and facets of the patriotic heroes.
