Abstract

In October 1909, an interview was held between the presidents of Mexico and the United States, which was surrounded by great expectations. Years later, the content of the interview remains unpublished; however, in an extensive letter that President Taft wrote to his wife, guidelines are found to decipher the scope of the interview. The original letter with its translation is now presented.
