Self-archiving policy
Authors may deposit the following versions of their work in institutional, disciplinary or national repositories with no embargo. For long-term preservation of the journal’s content, see “Preservation and archiving” in About the journal.
Authors’ rights: Authors retain copyright and patrimonial (economic) rights over their works. They may deposit the submitted version (preprint), the author accepted manuscript (postprint) and the published version (version of record, VoR) in repositories of their choice. No fees or embargoes apply to self-archiving.
Permitted versions:
1) Submitted version (preprint): may be archived in any repository or platform, provided it is stated that the article was submitted to Letras Históricas.
2) Author accepted manuscript (postprint): may be deposited once accepted for publication. Include a statement indicating acceptance by Letras Históricas.
3) Published version (VoR): the final published version, as it appears on the journal website, may be shared and archived immediately upon publication.
Conditions of use: All deposited versions must state the CC BY-NC 4.0 licence, include the full citation and the DOI, acknowledge Letras Históricas as the original place of publication, and link to the official version on the journal website: https://letrashistoricas.cucsh.udg.mx/
